Customer, driver and merchant interest registration is available now. We’re preparing for both cities; rides and delivery have not started. No launch date or coverage boundaries have been announced. Do not use the waitlist for an urgent delivery or ride.
Can I download the iPhone app?
The Rakib app is in development and has not been released on the App Store. We’ll share the official download link when ready. You do not need an app to join the website waitlist.
Is Rakib part of Uber or Noon?
No. Rakib is an independent project with its own brand and experience. Its plan brings together ride booking, shopping, delivery and everyday services designed around Sudan’s needs.
How does the site handle a weak connection?
The website uses compressed images and does not autoplay video. If signup is slow, we show that confirmation is still pending. If the connection drops, your form details stay on the page for retry. Closing the page may lose unsent details.
How do I sign up or remove my details?
