Request collection of ready-to-pick-up items from a home, office or store, whether or not that store is registered with Rakib. Add a clear description, package size and collection instructions. Purchasing items on your behalf is outside this first phase.

The planned flow starts with pickup, drop-off and nearby landmarks. An eligible driver offers a delivery fee, which you review and accept before assignment. Then follow pickup and delivery updates and communicate with your driver in the app.
Within a defined operating area
Pickup and drop-off must both lie in one active operating zone, with a suitable, available route. A city name alone does not establish coverage. Items must be legal, safe and suitable for the vehicle. Service boundaries and size limits will be published before operation.
Direct payment with a useful record
We’re planning direct payment between participants, with MBOK evidence and confirmation status stored against the request. Uploading a receipt does not confirm money arrived. Delivery charges and item value are separate records; this page creates no charge or operational request.
What can I use today?
This service is in development. The development app lets you prepare and review a request draft, but it is not sent to a driver and does not book delivery. Join the waitlist for launch details.
