How we use your details
We store waitlist, account, identity, request, driver-offer, status-history and payment-evidence data needed to operate Rakib, verify accounts and protect financial records. Identity and payment documents are held in private Cloudflare storage; Resend sends sign-in codes. We do not sell your information. Operational and financial records are retained as legally and operationally necessary; waitlist details are deleted after launch communications or within 24 months. You can request access or correction and request account deletion in the app or at order@rakibsudan.com.
