Rakib
We store waitlist, account, identity, request, driver-offer, status-history and payment-evidence data needed to operate Rakib, verify accounts and protect financial records. Identity and payment documents are held in private Cloudflare storage; Resend sends sign-in codes. We do not sell your information. Waitlist names, email addresses and phone numbers are used for the launch and onboarding communications you request. You can stop these communications by contacting order@rakibsudan.com. Operational and financial records are retained as legally and operationally necessary; waitlist details are deleted after launch communications or within 24 months. You can request access or correction and request account deletion in the app or at order@rakibsudan.com. Device location centers the map and helps choose pickup and destination. Driver background location is shared with authorized participants during accepted active work only, and stops when that work ends. You may decline location permission and choose map pins manually. The iOS app uses Apple Maps and the website uses OpenStreetMap tiles; map providers may receive connection information and the map area requested. We do not use advertising tracking.
